Thank you for supporting our efforts to protect Short Term Vacation Rentals in La Quinta.

The city of La Quinta is trying to pass a "permanent moratorium" or ban of all new permits across the city, across some zones, or hand-picking winners and losers to try to divide and beat us. We need your support to push back on the city to play fair and allow the new ordinances they have already put into place. 

We are funding a major legal campaign push that will protect millions in annual revenue for our homeowners, and hundreds of thousands for the city taxes.

We encourage you to contribute $500 per property, but we need larger donations of $1,000, and $5,000 to make this happen. 

Please consider how much of an impact the ongoing moratorium will have on your property, on the others you know, and the whole of STVRs across the City of La Quinta.
